Montbel was founded in 1959 in Manzano by Mr.Silvano Montina who wanted to stake personally his experience matured in the field of the chair since he was a boy. Right from the beginning, Montbel has stood out for the particular care taken in its products and the attention paid to satisfy the customer's every need. This peculiar feature was considerably improved and strengthened in the sixties; and in fact in 1966, a year in which the company moved to its current production premises to strengthen also the commercial measures thus permitting an expansion of its market from domestic to international, with excellent results, over a short period of time. In this phase Montbel manufactures exclusively according to customer's drawings and/or prototypes but this precious know how pushes the company in the following years to a double change: The first is generational and happens with the introduction to the companies authorities of the 2 kids who are engaged in the commercial and production area. The second has brought to the creation of their collection and consequently to a presence on the market in first line with the brand name Montbel. This Collection has been created with the valuable collaboration of Italian designers specialized in the field and all presented items are protected by copyright and have been studied and tested (from the Institute CATAS) to combine the maximum comfort, the maximum strength and the splendid design. Modern design, clear lines, essential but elegant and complete because they meet the needs of the Contract as well as Residential market. All this is followed by their production and commercial staff who work in perfect synergy, mainly created by young but prepared people, grown thanks to the precious suggestions of the previous generations, dynamic but in the same time innovative. In the globalization era the company has put a new target and this is the reason why it contributed to the creation of a new group of companies complementary between each other. This group will very well respond to the future evolutions of the world markets; the proposed range of products will steadily increase and be completed, the customer's service will always be more attentive and on time. Montbel's mission
is to provide its customers with contemporary furnishings of the
highest standards in quality, design and craftsmanship. The company
fulfills this mission while constantly searching for new technologies
and better ways to do so. Production time is minimized, and their
continuously kept inventory, allowing the shipment of the popular
Montbel products in three to four weeks. |
